Email notifications with form data does not include spaces between field names and values for Online Admission, Online Reenrollment, or Common Forms

Email alerts generated with form data may not insert any spaces or line breaks between the field label and value submitted. This can make the form data difficult to read within the email. This can occur with all form Types: Common, Online Admissions, and Online Reenrollment.

When we get the email notification from the form, the field can look like this:
Our Product Development team has reviewed this issue and its impact on the software. After careful consideration, we have determined that we will not be addressing this issue.

Alternate solution:
  • Add a space to the field label in the form: 
  1. Log in to the NetCommunity site
  2. Click Site Explorer > Forms
  3. ​Click the pencil icon to edit the form that has the notification that isn't correct
  4. Click the pencil icon to edit the field that doesn't show a space
  5. Add a space to the end of the label
  6. Click Save
  7. Click Save and Close for the form 
  • In the alert email, click the hyperlink labeled View the pdf of the form here.  The PDF will display the field labels and values on individual lines.
