Try each of the follow until the issue is resolved:

1. Ensure that your Blackbaud Payment Service and Blackbaud Merchant Service credentials have been updated in the software.
2. Refresh the account configurations for your BBMS Account:
    a. Log into your BBMS web portal
    b. From Account Management > General settings > Account Configurations
    c. Click the ellipsis and then click Edit
    d. Verify that the currency selection is accurate for the organization
    e. Click the Save button
    f. Repeat for all additional accounts
