Bounced email notifications are going to incorrect email address

 When Altru sends automatic emails such as Web Form Acknowledgement Emails and the email address is not valid, a bounced email notification will get sent to an Altru user.  This solution explains how to change the email address that receives the notifications.
  1. Go to Web functional area; click on Acknowledgment Email under Configuration.
  2. In the screen that comes up, click the More Options link located under the From name.
  3. Change the reply email address and notification failure email address.
  4. Click Save.
