Export of Ad-Hoc query in csv format and Excel does not format currency correctly when using Dutch regional settings.

In  exported CSV file from an Ad-Hoc query the currency values are multiplied by 10,000. E.g. € 453,78 becomes € 453.780.000,00
In Excel the exported currency values are formatted incorrectly. E.g. € 453,78 appears as € 453.780.00

List separator is also incorrectly using semi-colon in csv file.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
