Campaign doesn't automatically populate in the Edit payment window when editing the current application

When a user attempts to edit the application of a revenue record, the campaign that is tied to the application is not auto-populated in the edit form.  This causes the campaign to be removed when users edit and save the record.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
