When merging two duplicate constituents, receive error :Data could not be saved. The INSERT statement conflicted with the CHECK constraint "CK_REGISTRANT_VALIDUNKNOWNGUEST". The conflict occurred in database "10123_1e955789-12af-4ac3-8bb7-54184c3a6c0c", table "dbo.REGISTRANT".  This is caused by the two constituents being registered to the same special event.
  1. Go to the event record, Registrations tab.
  2. Search for this constituent.  See two (or more) registrations for the same constituent.
  3. If there is one registration that has no money associated with it, delete this registration OR if one of the registrations is under a host registration, click on that registration and click edit guest.  Change the guest to unnamed guest rather than this constituent record.
  4. Merge the constituents once only one constituent record has this event registration on his/her record.
