Error: In account system [account system name], the account [account number] does not exist - when adding a matching gift claim in an Enhanced Revenue Batch

When a user adds a payment to a matching gift claim they may receive the error below in the validation report:

In account system [account system name], the account [account number] does not exist.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
