Application and Applied Amount are removed from Enhanced Revenue Batch after change to IE Language settings

In an Enhanced Revenue Batch that has been saved (but not committed) with an applied payment to a recurring gift, the Application data and Applied Amount data are removed when a user with different IE Langauge settings opens the batch for edit.

This issue only occurs in the Web Shell, not in Click Once.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
