Performance: Error: The BBEC Browser has stopped working - when performing a Constituent search

Users receive this error message sporadically when working in CRM. This error message cannot be reproduced consistently and there isn't a specific set of actions that will cause the error to appear. However, the error is encountered more frequently when performing a constituent search.  
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Possible solution: 
Delete the browser and application cache per Knowledgebase solution BB700274.
