When processing transactions from Online Express into a Gift Batch, we receive this prompt: "One or more currencies in the raisers edge batch have not been mapped to a raisers edge country" OR When selecting Process Transaction in the Online Express plug-in, a pop up appears displaying message One or more currencies in the Raiser's Edge batch have not been mapped to a Raiser's Edge country. These gifts will be processed per your Windows Regional Settings.
In Online Express go to Account>Integration Options>Currency Configuration Click the Country drop down next to each listed currency and select the desired currency. Click OK
If the issue persists, go to Windows Regional Settings and make the Currency selection there as well.
