Unable to enter Finder number after adding payment.

Users do not have the ability to link a payment to a Finder number after saving a payment.
For back office payments, follow these steps:
  1. Open the saved Payment and select Edit payment or Edit posted payment
  2. Select the Marketing tab and search for the Appeal Mailing in the Effort field
  3. Save this change to successfully link the payment with the mailing
Note: As long as you enter both the appeal and the effort (appeal mailing name) in the payment, it will show as a direct response on the Appeal Performance report and Appeal Mailing response information.  You do not have to enter the finder number to have it show as a direct response.
