BBNC\Unable to find a specific tribute within a donation form

While editing a Fundraiser part, unable to locate a specific tribute during aa Raiser's Edge Honor/Memorial Search.

In order to get this Constituent record to show in Blackbaud NetCommunity, the checkbox for "Has no valid addresses" will need to be unmarked in Raiser's Edge.

When searching for the specific tribute now, you should be able to locate the user record.

By unmarking the "Has no valid addresses" checkbox, you are allowing for this constituent record to be selected as a Specific tribute even though they have no address information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Login to Blackbaud NetCommunity as a Supervisor
2. Edit the Fundraiser part, Step 7: Donation Form, scroll to the Donor options section
3. Mark the checkbox for Allow tribute gifts
4. Select the radio button for Specific, click the Honor/Memorial button
5. Enter constituent Last Name and/or First Name and click the Search button
*Note: The Raiser's Edge user record will not have address information or email address information, will be a tribute record, and will have the checkbox marked for "Has no valid addresses".
6. Get the following message: "No records found matching your criteria."
