1. Click the arrow next to Accounts in the menu bar
2. Click Find an Account
3. Type in the name of an account you want to add a donation to
4. Click their name in the results to pull up their account
5. Select Journal in the header section of the account
6. On the Journal page of the account, click the drop down arrow next to Add New... and select Gift/Pledge
7. Once you are on the New Gift/Pledge screen, fill in the Date as today’s date
8. Set the Received amount to $2.00
9. Choose a Fund from the drop down menu
10. On the right hand side, set the Gift Types drop down menu to Credit Card
11. Fill in your credit card number and expiration date
12. If you have more than one Transaction Processor connected to your database, make sure you select the one you want to test

13. At the bottom of the page, click the drop down menu next to the Save And button and select Process Transaction
14. Click the Save And button
