You can mark persona fields as required fields during data entry. When a field is required on a screen, users cannot save that screen until that field has been completed.
Requiring persona fields is an organization-wide preference in the database. You can select this option for the following fields:
All enabled phone types
1. Click the Management tab in the menu bar 2. Click My Organization under the Admin section 3. Click Data Entry Rules in the header 4. Under the section titled "Required Persona Fields" mark the checkbox next to any Persona Fields you want to make required 5. Click Save And
Fields set as required will be required when adding a new account or editing the persona page on existing accounts.
