- Click Management in the menu
- Click Security Groups under the Admin column
- On this page you will see a list of security groups (ex: Admin) and the users within each group will be listed to the right. Click on the name of the user whose lock needs to be removed
- Click Preferences in the account header
- Click "Remove Lock on User Account" listed under Tasks. The lock will now be removed from the user's account
