1. Click Management in the menu.
  2. Click Security Groups under the Admin column.
  3. On this page you will see a list of security groups (ex. Admin) and the users within each group will be listed to the right. Click on the name of the user whose lock needs to be removed.
  4. Click Preferences in the account header.
  5. Click "Remove Lock on User Account" listed under Tasks. The lock will now be removed from the user's account.
