To access Confirmations and Receipts from the supporters contact record:

1. Go to: Contacts > Individuals
2. Search for the contacts name 
3. Click Manage 
4. Select the Interactions tab, then Select the Activities sub-tab

***Alternatively, you can scroll down to the bottom of the Summary page and you will see 3 sections Gift Entry, Activities and Tasks. On the right side of the Activities section click View All Activities.***

5. Find the transaction in the list and click the "Confirmation" Link

*If the Activity Name is Registration and the participant did not make a Donation in addition to the registration amount, the Confirmation will only show the Registration Category, Quality, and Cost of the registration to participate in the event (This information may be different if you are using the Advanced Confirmation Setup for your forms or events.)

*If the Activity Name is Registration and the participant made a Donation in addition to the registration amount, the Confirmation will show the Registration Category, Quantity, Cost of the Registration and the amount of the donation. In addition, if you have enabled PDF receipts in Sphere,  there will be a link to the PDF receipt of the Donation for tax purposes.  (This information may be different if you are using the Advanced Confirmation Setup for your forms or events.)

*If the Activity Name is listed as Donation, this means the supporter did not register to participate in an event but made a donation only. The Confirmation will show the amount donated, and any additional information you included as part of the donor thank you. This will also have a link to the PDF receipt, if it is enabled, of the Donation for tax purposes.  (This information may be different if you are using the Advanced Confirmation Setup for your forms or events.)


*** NOTE:  If you need to reverse a Registration or Donation while in the supporters Contact Record: ***
1. Click the Activity Name you want to reverse
2. Select the tab labeled "Delete Record from Initiative"
3. Mark the radio button for the most appropriate reason, fill in the Description and click "Delete"
