When running a Bank Reconciliation report and choosing the Historical Reconciliation option under the Print section, users may experience the following error when selecting to Preview the report:

This issue occurs when the Regional Language setting for the user is set to any Language with a short date format that is set to: dd/mm/yyyy (e.g. English (Canada) and English (Australia)). Since the Regional Language setting is user profile specfic, this issue may occur for some users and not others on the same machine, depending on what their individual Regional Language is set to.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
