1. If your organization uses a large number of query based roles, disable login Role Refresh
    1. Login into BBNC as a Supervisor
    2. Select Administration Sites & Settings
    3. Enter -1 for the Update user role value
    4. Save the changes and test the login
  2. Verify The Raiser's Edge can access the deploy folder from the RE Web Services Server
    1. Click Start > Run > type regedit > press enter
    2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Blackbaud\Raisers Edge\7.0\ (On 64bit machines: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Blackbaud\Raisers Edge\7.0)
    3. Verify that the InstallSource file path is valid and that you can access the deploy folder using this file path
    4. Note: If the web server is in a DMZ, the deploy folder may need to be copied locally and the InstallSource file path updated to use the local file path
  3. If The Raiser's Edge is integrated with The Financial Edge, verify the integration is configured correctly
    1. Log into The Raiser's Edge
    2. Select Config > General Ledger
    3. Verify the connection information for The Financial Edge database
