1. Verify that the password for Sage is correct in the database. To do so, the organization can attempt to process a 1.00 gift using a credit card within the eTapestry database. Please see KB solution BB739435 for steps on how to process a 1.00 gift in the eTapestry database. If you are able to successfully process a 1.00 gift in the database, please refer to step 2.
  2. If the error is only occurring when an auto processing reschedule is being saved,  there is a key feature not enabled on their Sage account.  Please contact Sage and ask them to enable the following two features: Vault Processing and XML Web Services
