Prompt for Fill In amount is hidden when writing a letter

When running a mail merge through Write A Letter on a constituent record, users may have a field called "Fill In."  This field generates a prompt for users to manually enter information to generate in the letter, such as the gift amount.  However, users may find that this prompt could be hidden behind the CRM program, and may have to use the Alt + Tab function to bring it forward.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
