1. Check to ensure your Blackbaud Merchant Services account is set to charge in live mode
    1. Log into the BBMS web portal.
    2. From Account Management > General Settings
    3. From Account Configurations > Click the ellipsis next to the account
    4. Click Edit.
    5. From the “Process Mode” drop down menu, select “Live"
    6. Click Save
    7. Repeat for each configuration listed
  2. Check the Suspect transaction folder for any items waiting to be accepted or refunded.
