- Check to ensure your Blackbaud Merchant Services account is set to charge in live mode
- Log into the BBMS web portal.
- Click Account Management > General Settings
- Locate Account Configurations, click the ellipsis next to the configuration and select Edit
- Ensure Live is selected as the Process Mode
- Click Save
- Repeat for each configuration listed being used on Live pages
- Verify the disbursement status of a transaction(s), using How to check disbursement status of a transaction
- Verify the BBMS account is in Active status by viewing the Disbursement information in Account Management > General Settings.
