- Check to ensure your Blackbaud Merchant Services account is set to charge in live mode
- Log into the BBMS web portal.
- From Account Management > General Settings
- From Account Configurations > Click the ellipsis next to the account
- Click Edit.
- From the “Process Mode” drop down menu, select “Live"
- Click Save
- Repeat for each configuration listed
- Check the Suspect transaction folder for any items waiting to be accepted or refunded.
