1. Check to ensure your Blackbaud Merchant Services account is set to charge in live mode
    1. Log into the BBMS web portal.
    2. Click Account Management > General Settings
    3. Locate Account Configurations, click the ellipsis next to the configuration and select Edit
    4. Ensure Live is selected as the Process Mode
    5. Click Save
    6. Repeat for each configuration listed being used on Live pages
  2. Verify the disbursement status of a transaction(s), using How to check disbursement status of a transaction
  3. Verify the BBMS account is in Active status by viewing the Disbursement information in Account Management > General Settings.
