Green arrow does not appear in the Amount field for appled revenue when entering transactions in an Enhanced Revenue Batch in Web Shell

When a payment is entered in an Enhanced Revenue Batch and applied to an outstanding commitment, a green arrow typically appears in the Amount field to indicate that an application has been chosen for the payment.  However, in Web Shell, the green arrow does not appear even after an application has been chosen.
