Unable to add or remove Virtual Account associated with a contact record

When attempting to edit the Virtual Accounts that are associated with an individual's contact record, you notice that the option is unavailable or grayed out. You are not able to update any of the options for this record in the Record Management tab.

Steps to Duplicate

 
  1. Navigate to the individual's contact record 
  2. Select the Record Management tab
  3. Click Edit 
  4. The Virtual Account options you want to add or remove to the contact record are grayed out
