To set up a Queue for a custom Crystal report:

  1. Go to Administration, select Queue.
  2. Click New Queue, Add Item.
  3. Select System, Module and Category.
  4. Choose Report.
  5. Select the Action and map the Export path.
  6. Choose Data Format: Crystal Reports (RPT)
  7. Click Add selected Report(s) to Queue.
  8. Choose desired frequency on the Processing tab.
  9. Use the Miscellaneous tab if you would like to create a control report.
  10. Save and Close.
NOTE:
If it is a scheduled report (Hourly, Weekly, etc.) then you would not be able to email or print through the Queue, but you would be able to export it. If you set it up as on demand then you would be able to print, email or export.
