To reissue a PDF receipt for a CFAF event, ensure that the Contact record has been updated, then you can reissue the receipt by doing the following:
  1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Build Your Own Event (Custom FAF)
  2. Click on your event
  3. Click the Reports tab
  4. Click the eCommerce sub-tab
  5. Click PDF Receipts
  6. Click Next on the first screen
  7. Choose any additional fields you want to display in the report (Adding First Name and Last Name is recommended to help isolate the receipt you want to reissue)
  8. Click Finish
  9. Choose to run the report immediately
  10. Click Run Report
From here you can locate the PDF receipt that is associated with the updated Contact.  Mark the radio button next to the receipt number and click the Reissue link at the top.  Once you confirm that you want to reissue the receipt, the screen does not refresh automatically in the report.  The easiest way to refresh the screen without re-running the report is to click the Choose Columns link in the upper right part of the screen, and click Save.

Once you see the newly created receipt number, you can click on it to open the new receipt.  After you have verified that everything looks correct regarding the Contact information, you can save the file to email to the donor, or you can print the document if you plan to mail it.

Note: By re-issuing a receipt the updated information for that record will be sent through the Raiser's Edge/Sphere Connector, possibly causing duplicate entries in Raiser's Edge.
