When my constituent went to take action, their action went to the incorrect representative. Further research showed that the district information on the constituent's record was incorrect according to the constituent.
If you have a Constituent that complains that their districting information is incorrect please do the following:
Verify Zip->District data by checking 3rd party sources
If a Federal Representative, check using Find Your Representative - http://house.gov/
If your findings do not match what is in Luminate Online, please contact support to look into options. To override the automatic District assignment for any constituent edit the Manual Override field in the Constituent Profile.
