The short answer is no.  Once the link is sent in an Email that link is beyond your control. The only time a link can be changed is if you used URL shortcuts in the email message. In that case you can change the destination of the URL shortcut after the email is sent. We encourage you to test email messages before sending through the reviewer group test functionality. That functionality most closely mimics a real send. The regular test message (to the admin and not the reviewer group) is close as is the preview but those are done without a constituent record associated with them and thus are not as accurate as the reviewer group tests.
