Occurs on the eTapestry Auto Process Report. The Processor Message lists InvalidCardToken as the reason for an Unsuccessful Entry.
This is being encountered because the credit card token in the Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) was purged. The Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) stores expired credit card information until they are 6 months past the expiration date and have not had a successful transaction in the last 6 months.
Please contact the donor to obtain updated credit card information.
