Occurs on the eTapestry Auto Process Report. The Processor Message lists InvalidCardToken as the reason for an Unsuccessful Entry.
This is being encountered because the credit card token in the Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) was purged due to expiration. The Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) stores expired credit card information for 6 months, after 6 months the credit card and token information is purged.
Please contact your donor to obtain updated credit card information.
