How to restore a database which is hosted by Blackbaud in a local environment

When restoring a database hosted by Blackbaud in a local environment, the hosted URLs will still be generated on the Start Page and Imports will not function correctly due to hosted data configurations that need to be changed in order to use the data locally and have the URL point to the local environment.

This is a result of the changes to the Start Screen in 2.93+.

Anytime you get a fresh backup from hosting, you will have to complete the following steps to remove this configuration:
1. Run the following script on the database that was obtained from Blackbaud hosting and is to be used locally: update installationinfo set ishosted = 0
2. Run the following Stored Procedure on the database that was obtained from Blackbaud hosting and is to be used locally: sp_dropextendedproperty hosting_linkurl
3. Recycle the Application Pool in IIS (or iisreset) for the application pool for the local environment
4. The Import Source will need to be changed from the Blackbaud hosted location to a local source in the local environment in order for imports to function in the locally installed environment. Go to Import\Configure import sources located on the left side under Configuration.
a. Edit the import source listed and change it to a Directory path on the local web server
b. Change the log in credentials to use either the default login or a login in the local domain instead of the Blackbaud hosting domain\account listed there
