Change the default email for Sphere Login Retrieval for Single Account

  1. Go to Control > Administration > Tools > Confirmations Library
  2. Select General Account Email from the dropdown
  3. Click Edit next to Sphere Login Retrieval for Single Account
  4. Select Use Account Customized Test
  5. Click Edit Email
  6. Click Load Default Email to load the existing default
  7. Make changes to the email as needed
  8. Click Save
