Recurring gift payments ignored by Credit card process.

When a user attempts to run a Credit card process, recurring gift payments are ignored even though they are valid. 

This issue was caused by default values in the Effort and Account System fields of the batch template that no longer existed in the database.  You could not see these values from the front-end.  These were most likely deleted at some point in time.  To resolve, change the default value to a valid entry and save.  Reopen your template, remove the default value, and save again.
