Some web browsers have issues printing the reports.  The reports are generated using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and displayed in the browser using an Active X Control called Client Print Control. These pieces of functionality are written and controlled by Microsoft. Try each of the following until the issue is resolved:
  1. Add to Trusted Sites in the browser.
  2. Ensure that Active X is enabled.
  3. If using Internet Explorer 10 in 64-bit mode, open the browser in 32-bit mode.

Blackbaud is unable to address this issue because it is related to third-party software. For assistance, contact the third-party vendor.

Alternate Solution:
Export the report as a PDF or Word Document to bypass the web browser.
  1. When previewing the report, select the Export icon.  The icon will appear as a floppy disk.
  2. Choose the format you would like to export.  We recommend either 'Acrobat (PDF)' or 'Word'
  3. Select whether you want to Open the file or save it to your hard drive.
  4. Open the file and print.
