1. Log in to NetCommunity/BBIS
  2. Click on Administration Sites & Settings
  3. Click Save
This will prompt the BBNC Service credentials (email services credentials) to refresh. Note: This error is thrown if the email services credentials are incorrect. Having the wrong email services username and password might cause your account to get locked. If your organization has multiple environments, it is recommended that a second set of email services credentials be created and set in the non-production environments to reduce the risk of your production credentials from becoming locked.

Please contact support and reference this article to have your email services credentials unlocked and/or to have a second set of credentials created for use in non-production environments (if applicable).
