The Zip Code report is a sales report that displays zip code information by order date for patrons with Completed orders in Altru. Those orders can come from multiple sales method sources:

Daily Sales: If the Patron field is filled in on the order, this report will include the zip code associated with the primary address on that patron's (constituent) record. If the Patron field is left blank and the Zip Code marketing survey is activated in Daily Sales, this report will include the responses to that survey as well.
Advance Sales: If the patron field is filled in, this report will include the zip code associated with the primary address on that patron's (constituent) record.
Group Sales: This report includes the zip code for the Booked/Sold To contact (constituent/organization) from the reservation record, on the date the record is Checked In.
Online Sales: This report will include results for registered web forms users only - the zip code will be pulled from the patron's primary address on their constituent record in Altru.

Within the Zip Code report, responses can appear in a category of Other. Here is a description of the reasons:
Anonymous: An anonymous patron purchases tickets through Advance Sales
Declined: Patron Declines to respond to the Zip Code marketing survey in Daily Sales
