When a new membership program is created, users can also set up membership renewal notices for that program from the Tasks bar. In a new, blank database, if there is not a default name format defined for the system, users will receive the message:
Cannot find default name format parameter. Please import cofiguration data for membership renewal effort.
This message is valid - users will need to add a default name format to the system via Marketing and Communications > Configuration > Name format options.
However, there is a spelling error in this message that needs to be corrected - "cofiguration" should be "configuration."
Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
