Error: The CardToken specified could not be found in Batch when a credit card process has been run

This error appears for particular transactions in batches after a credit card process has been run on those batches. 
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
