There are several possible reasons about differences in viewing actions between The Raiser's Edge database environment and the RE Mobile App environment:
  • Only assigned solicitors on the action will see it on their Action tab in the app. Users assigned to be notified of an action will not see it in their app (unless the RE username is linked to the solicitor's constituent record in Admin > Security).
  • The app only displays past due actions and actions due in the next 7 days. Once an action is marked complete, it is no longer in the actions area of the app. All actions (complete and not complete) are listed on a constituent's record.
  • The app and the full Raiser's Edge has not refreshed with each other with the latest data.
