If your organization has access to our Advanced Mass Email module then you have the ability to schedule a mass email to be sent at a future date/time. There are times when you schedule an email to go out and may need to cancel that email or reschedule it. For example, let's say you schedule a mass email to go out to a query of accounts marked with the account type of business. After scheduling the email you later add several new business accounts to your database that should receive the email. You will need to cancel the mass email and reschedule it as the email will only be sent to the accounts that existed in the query at the time it was scheduled.
