Additional tasks added to the Events functional area are not included on the main Events screen in web shell

In the Shell Design area of Administration, users can choose to add, edit, and remove tasks from the functional areas in the database.  When tasks are added, they typically appear on the man page for the functional area, as well as in the drop-down menu for the functional area.  When adding additional tasks to the Events area, the tasks appear in the Click Once version of the application, in a section called "More tasks" on the Events page.  However, there is no "More tasks" section available in Web Shell where users can see and access newly added tasks.
The web shell landing pages for functional areas are hard coded in the database.  In order to access custom tasks, use the drop-down menu for the functional area.
