Nothing happens when I click to view form data in NetCommunity

When selecting forms from the data tab, then clicking the print button, or clicking on a name, nothing prints, but the checkbox is then checked as if it has been printed.
This happens when pop-ups are being blocked within the browser  Also, please note, there may not be a bar at the top of the browser window to show you that a pop-up has been blocked.  Please check the settings of the browser and make sure to either allow all pop-ups or make an exception for the Blackbaud NetCommunity website.
