Performance: Error: Process terminated unexpectedly is seen when viewing the status of a scheduled queue process

A queue process can be used to automate tasks in CRM, and may contain multiple steps. If any of the steps fail to complete, the error above may appear when viewing the queue status.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Please provide the following information:
  1. The name of the queue process
  2. The specific name of the SQL job that runs the queue process
  3. The time the job started and the time the error message was received 
  4. If you host your own CRM database, please provide SQL snaps that capture the timeframe in question
