Although you can see the Segments, the Virtual Account that you are logged in to does not have access to the records.

To associate the records with the desired Virtual Account, do the following:
 
  1. Go to: Contacts > Individuals
  2. To the far right of the search bar, click the blue link “Advanced Search
  3. In the window that opens expand the folders: Contacts > Segmentation
  4. Highlight “In Segment” and click “Add
  5. Expand the appropriate Segment Category folder
  6. Expand any sub-Segments if required and put a check by the desired Segments
  7. Click OK, the query will be added to the window on the right
  8. Click Run Query
  9. You will now see the records filtered by the chosen Segment(s)
  10. Put a check mark by the first contact record
  11. Click Batch Update
  12. In the window that opens, mark the radio button labeled “Update All Query Records
  13. Now mark the button for “Virtual Accounts
  14. Click Continue
  15. You will now have a list of your Virtual accounts, mark the “Add” radio button for the account the records will be added to
  16. Click Save
  17. Click Ok 
The record will now be accessible when you log into the Virtual Account.
