Entering the first letter for a value in the Inbound Channel field does not identify and populate that value in batch entry

In batch entry, users can tab through fields and enter just the first letter of a value from a drop-down list in order to choose a value, before tabbing through the field.  However, when users attempt to enter data in the Inbound Channel field in this way, there is a lag time in between when the letter is typed in, and when the appropriate value populates.  So, if users enter the first letter and then tab to the next field quickly, the Inbound Channel field does not populate at all.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
