Unable to enter multiple address lines for one address in batch

When adding a new constituent in a revenue or constituent batch, users may need to enter addresses with multiple address lines (apartment numbers, PO Boxes, etc.).  However, only one address line will save and appear on the committed address record even when multiple lines are entered in the batch.

This occurs in both the Web Shell and Smart Client.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
