Performance: CRM hangs when working in the Assign Prospects in Bulk task

When working within Assign Prospects in Bulk and attempting to change the Prospect Manager, CRM hangs.  Users may receive the error: 

Out of memory at line 31.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
