These steps are for versions 6.53 and later. If you are on a version before 6.53, refer to How to create a page so that an email can be viewed in a browser:
  1. Highlight the text that should be the link.
  2. Click the Create Link icon.
  3. Select Create link to a special page.
  4. Select View email message on web page.
  5. Click Insert.
  • The link will only work if the message is sent, so a test must be sent to test the link. It will not work from previewing the message.
  • Merge fields in the email design will not appear on the web page version of the email design.
