This can occur if the layout of the page is different for mobile and desktop versions. The layouts will have part container numbers on them, and if parts are placed in a content pane number that doesn't exist on both the desktop and mobile layout then the part will not be displayed on both.

  1. Hover over the containers on the page to get the content pane number. This will look something like: Page part within #: Click here for design tasks. Jot these numbers down to remember what numbers are available on this layout.
  2. Repeat Steps 4-5 to switch the view back to the opposite option at the top of the page.
  3. Click the wheel for the part that is not showing on the page > Choose Cut to cut the part from page
  4. Hover over the containers on the page to get the content pane number. This will look something like: Page part within #: Click here for design tasks. Find one that matches the numbers from Step 6.
  5. Click in a container that is present on both layouts and click Paste to insert the part there
The part should now be visible on both the desktop and mobile versions of the page.
