Please note that the following instructions only apply if an acknowledgement process was already run without checking the Mark letters 'Acknowledged' when process completes option and returns a result of 0 records on the second processing attempt.  

 1.       Go to  Marketing & Communications
2.       Select Acknowledgements
3.       Select the Acknowledgements tab
4.       Find the process you ran and highlight it
5.       Select Go to process
6.       On the Recent Status tab select Clear Results
7. Run the Acknowledgements process again
