The following steps are needed so that Support can gain access to your instance of Luminate CRM. We recommend that a System Administrator do these steps, though any of your Luminate CRM users may do so.
  1. Login to Luminate CRM.
  2. At the top of any Salesforce page, click the down arrow next to your name (upper right). From the menu under your name, select Setup or My Settings — whichever one appears.
  3. From the left pane, select one of the following:
    • If you clicked Setup, select My Personal Information > Grant Login Access.
    • If you clicked My Settings, select Personal > Grant Account Login Access.
  4. Next to “Convio Support” use the drop-down menu to choose either “1 month” or “1 week”.
  5. Click Save.
If you have a case relating to a specific user's permissions or access, please also have that user grant access.
