Error: Failed to prepare the template for BBSP. No content marker was specified - when viewing Secure Payment Exceptions

After running the secure payment template updater, it completes with Exceptions. When viewing the error logs, the following error is present:

Typically this error will happen when the targeting and security of the part or page does not have targeting and security set to View Everyone. In order for the secure payment template to successfully the part, page, template and style sheets must have the view set to everyone, otherwise the secure payment server cannot generate the payment page design.

For parts:
  1. Edit the part
  2. Click the Targeting and Security tab
  3. Confirm the box for View for Everyone is marked, and mark it if it is not
  4. Click Save
For pages:
  1. While logged into the website, navigate to the page which is prompting the error
  2. Click Edit this page
  3. Click Page Properties
  4. Click Targeting and Security
  5. Confirm the box for View for Everyone is marked, and mark it if it is not
  6. Click Save
For templates:
  1. While logged into the website, navigate to the page which is prompting the error
  2. Click Edit this page
  3. Click Template Designer
  4. Click Template Properties
  5. Click Targeting and Security
  6. Confirm the box for View for Everyone is marked, and mark it if it is not
  7. Click Save
For Style Sheets:
  1. While logged into the website, navigate to the page which is prompting the error
  2. Click Edit this page
  3. Click Edit Layouts & CSS
  4. Confirm the Style Sheet which has (layout) listed
  5. Navigate to Site Explorer>Style Sheets
  6. Locate the Style Sheet and click the hand icon to open properties
  7. Click Targeting and Security
  8. Confirm the box for View for Everyone is marked, and mark it if it is not
  9. Click Save

If multi-site is in use
Confirm the layout for the page this is happening for was created on the same site. If a layout being used is for a secondary site, this error can happen. Each part's site should match the page layout site.
Confirm Multi-site
  1. In the NetCommunity website, Navigate to Administration>Sites & Settings
  2. On the left hand side, confirm if multiple sites are available or if only one is available
Confirm the Layout in use for the page
  1. While logged into the website, navigate to the page which is prompting the error
  2. Click Edit this page
  3. Click Edit layouts & CSS
  4. Select the Layout listed (white paper icon)
  5. After the Layout opens, click the Properties button
  6. Confirm the Site listed under Assign to site
Confirm the Site the Page is assigned to
  1. While logged into the website, navigate to the page which is prompting the error
  2. Click Edit this page
  3. Click Page Properties
  4. Confirm Site to select template from
Confirm the site the part is selected from
  1. Edit the part associated with the page in question
  2. Click the Properties tab of the part
  3. Confirm the Assign to site
If the Layout varies between the page and the part, a new part should be created on the same site as the page's layout.
